Produced by solution polymerization via Reliance Industries, it features Mooney viscosity ~45 ML(1+4)@100°C, low volatile matter (0.5%), and ash (0.1%), making it ideal for demanding rubber applications in tires and mechanical goods. This synthetic elastomer substitutes natural rubber with superior resilience, flex fatigue resistance, and low heat buildup.
