Description :
Muskolide is a synthetic musk compound widely used in the flavor and fragrance industry. It appears as a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a soft, sweet, musky aroma reminiscent of natural musk. Muskolide is insoluble in water but soluble in most organic solvents, making it an essential ingredient in perfumes, soaps, and cosmetic formulations. Its stability and long-lasting scent make it highly valued for industrial fragrance applications, personal care products, and the synthesis of aroma chemicals.
Adds a musky, warm, and long-lasting aroma to perfumes, colognes, soaps, and body care products. Often blended with Geranyl Caproate, Alpha-Hexylcinnamaldehyde, and Anisyl Acetate to create complex and balanced fragrance profiles.
Used in lotions, creams, and deodorants for its pleasant and long-lasting musky scent. Compatible with Cyclohexyl Salicylate and 10-Undecenal to enhance fragrance retention and user experience.
Serves as a reagent and intermediate in the synthesis of aroma chemicals, perfumery compounds, and flavor additives. Works alongside Methyl Hexanoate and 2-Nonanone for R&D and industrial formulations.
Available from ISO-certified producers, ensuring high-purity, quality-verified Muskolide with complete documentation and timely delivery.
