Description :

It is liquid to use N-butyl lactate 138-22-7. There are several names for it, including Butyl Lactate, Butyl 2-Hydroxypropanoate, Lactic Acid Butyl Ester, and Butyl 2-Hydroxypropionater. It is used in the fragrance, flavour, fragrance and aroma industries, as well as the soap and detergent, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

N-butyl Lactate is a biodegradable solvent used in cleaning products, paints, and cosmetics. It is an effective solvent in the formulation of industrial and pharmaceutical products, often paired with 3,5-Dimethoxyphenol and Eplerenone for enhanced product performance.
